The purpose of Walk A Mile In Your Shoes is to get some movement every day. Walking is the form of exercise that puts the least strain on the body compared to other forms of exercise. Then there is how much one should go. The right distance, at the right pace. We chose 1 Mile which is 1609 metres. This is a length that is used in sports and is run in just under four minutes. You can spend just under 30 minutes on this distance. You then have time to stop and look at something interesting before moving on. You will get an increased heart rate and feel warm in your body. This can give you better profits.
